Question about HP Deskjet 6940 InkJet Printer
Hello, have you tried pressing the orange button to see if machine will continue and pick up paper and print, also are there any other lights that come on, you might want to take paper out, and turn it around, and install back in. and try again. you might also want to change one ink cartridge at a time to see if that also might be the problem
