You can install vista32 or 64bit driver for that by installing manually. Before installation disable the webcam from the Device Manager.Ensure that the driver is digitally signed.

Is your WEB cam driver is properly install?
to check it go to your device manager and see if the cam is properly updated. if not then you can get the driver for it from HP website.
if you don't have web cam application tehn you can download youcam software from the net.

My hp officejet 7210 won't work with my new hp pavilion windows 7 pc

You may be able to download a Windows 7 printer driver for your model printer from the HP WEB site.
If there is not one available, then HP considers this printer too old or not compatible with Windows 7 and they want you to upgrade your printer.
You can download the HP printer drivers from their supportWEB site. Please click on this link and select your model printer to download:- http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html

I have a windows 7HP and have a problem with the web cam what should i do to reinstalle the inbuilt web cam?

Hello,

If the webcam is not working, it may be a driver issue.

I recommend you download the latest driver available from the HP support website.

Then uninstall the one which is actually installed and replace it by the new drivers.

Click here to download the webcam driver. You will notice that this driver is designed for Windows Vista, but it should work on Windows 7.

Hope this helps.

How to get back my web cam drivers for hp dv9000au windows 7.... i used quickplay till i had windows vista... but nw since i have installed windows 7... i cannot access my web camera.... so pls help me...

Hi, Quick play would not work in Windows 7. When upgrading from Vista to Windows 7, some media programs are no longer compatible and will not be found in your Start menu. HP provides replacement programs for QuickPlay and other media programs with Windows 7 MediaSmart software. Plz go to below link and you will get all appropriate software?s of HP Mediasmart. http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01929858&cc=us&dlc=en&lc=en&jumpid=reg_R1002_USEN In this link you need to download the drivers used in HP mediasmart webcam and all other stuffs. If you find this helpful then Plz vote for me..Dreamkam

I have a HP DV6000 laptop. it came with windows XP media. I upgraded to windows 7 ulti. now the web cam dont work anyone know why?

Hi,
There is most likely an incompatibility issue with windows 7. Have you tried reloading your XP webcam driver?
H.P. currently has no drivers available for your Pavilion for windows 7. Keep referring back to www.hp.com to check as they are working on developing drivers for models which meet the minimum hardware requirements.
Best wishes,
