How do you get support from this online NVIDIA software and hardware seller? I purchased the PureVideo Gold software from their site 2 days ago, but I paid for it with Paypal instead of using a credit card because they recently accept it now. Now after I try installing the program, it asked to input my name, email, and the last 4 digits of the credit card at the time of the order and then finally the serial key after that which I have from their auto email, but since I didn't pay for it with a credit card, obviously I can't enter any credit card info because I didn't use that form of payment. I submitted them the problem at their 24/7 website, but I don't get any reply in 2 days. So, if I try to skip the credit card entry and go to the serial key, it says a piece of information is incorrect. How am I suppose to load and activate it with out using a valid last 4 digit credit card that it insist is needed that I never had? Apparently, the transaction goes through the Digitalriver for payment. Where can I find a phone number for NVIDIA or Digitalriver to call them, so I can get this software loaded?

- I can log into findmyorder.com and the order info is there and the download link is there and also the serial key. I download the software and download it and ran it, but it does ask for these 3 pieces of info to activate and install it.Like I said, I have no CC info since I paid it with paypal. - I finally got tech support from the NIVDIA forum. He said where it says to enter the credit card, just click the spacebar 4 times and then enter the serial on the next window. I couldn't believe it. THAT WAS IT! It loaded. Well... Hurray!May 26, 2008
- I got a reply from the NVIDIA support forum and said I just had to click the spacebar 4 times before you enter the serial key. Then it excepted it and loaded and activated. This is great!Solution #2

you can add a credit card to your paypal account and try using the last 4 digits of the card then.
