Question about JVC Video Cameras
That is a mechanism alignement problem amd cleaning
the alignement as to be made by a technician and a belt replacing/
plus the mode switch whers its a little gear that tell to the servo mechanism control chip where is the position of the tape in mechanism

This is usually caused by an oxidized or defective Audio/Video drum. Try running a cleaning tape through the camera. If this does not solve the problem the camera will need to be repaired qualified service technician.
