I have check all the possible solutions for this problem bt m nt able to get rid of it ... Im not able to receive file nor able to send file I cant connect to any device from my Bluetooth.....
check the bluetooth version of your phone..
some phones can pair bluetooth connections if its version are not compatible with each other..
example: bluetoooth version 2.0 cant search/find the bluetooth version 2.1. vice versa..
Hi, a blue tooth device would allow you to hear and speak through it so it should solve your problem.
the only problem you may have is if the water damage has causes damage to bluetooth inside the phone, try choosing bluetooth on your phone and see if you can still do a search and connect with another phone, if you can still connect to another phone to say send music or picture via bluetooth then this would suggest your bluetooth is fine and using a bluetooth head set will solve your problem and allow you to use your phone again.
if you cant connect to another phone via bluetooth then the chances are it wont pick up the bluetooth head set and you would be no better off
let me know how you get on or if you need further assistance ok
please rate this solution as i have a whole page of unrated posts, thanks
just get your bluetooth in pairing mode (steady blue light) then have your phone find the device then connect them when they ask you for the pass code its 0000 if your bluetooth is connected to a different phone you must disconnect it and if it doesnt work and you tried your best try turning the phone off then try it again sometimes this does the trick
probably a hardware issue on the phone itself... i would call up lg support first ask them why is this... bluetooth does have a 10m range and connecting a bluetooth headset shouldnt be as far as 10m
To identify where the problem is, try connecting another bluetooth device (like another phone, or a bluetooth headset). The other device will most likely connect. If it does, try contacting the manufacturer of the dongle, they will probably have a simple solution to fix it.
If it does not connect to another device, try deleting the bluetooth devices stored in phone (especially ones you dont use, but you may need to delete more/all depending on the situation) and add then. This fixes connection issues the majority of the time with very little trouble since rebonding what you need later is a simple task.
