Ram Memory

What OS are you using? If you have a 32-bit OS, this is the normal behavior. The extra 0.75 GB isn't directly addressed by the OS; it will be used for part of the memory cache. If you had a 64-bit OS, you would either see the full 4GB of memory or have a POST memory error on boot.
For most Windows OS versions, you can check your version by going to the System Control Panel. On XP through Windows 7, click Start > Control Panel. Then go to System and Security > System. If you do not see x64 at the end of the OS title, you have the 32-bit OS. For Windows 8 from the desktop, use the Charms menu (Win+C) or Windows Tools menu (Win+X). Then from Charms, select Settings and then Control Panel. From the Tools, go to Control Panel. Select System and Security > System. Read the line "System Type" in the System section.
I hope this helps.

(My old system could not support a 64-bit OS due to the CPU; I still put in the full 4GB even though it wasn't fully accessible.)

do not do anything while the chkdsk utility is in progress any input may damage your computer

then click start all programs accessories system tools defragment your hard drive
you might have to install more RAM random access memory to check how much ram you have
to check the details on your computer

My pc is very starting up very slow

Spyware Adware etc and any program you have starting with the pc can cause this issue. Also fragmentation of hd can be part of the cause as well.

I recommend downloading Ad-aware and spybot search and destroy. Make sure the Ad-aware you download is from lavasoft. Also go to my computer classic view then right click on your C:\ go to properties and run defrag software. Use the defragment now button. Analyze will tell you if the software reccomends you defragment.

Also there is a program called Startupmechanic this will tell you programs that are starting up with your pc as well as if they are good or bad. Although I haven't used it myself in a while check it out. Just do a search on either google or download.com.

You can also go to start menu then click run and type in the following: msconfig. this brings up items that boot with system you can uncheck the ones you know for sure are not need in the startup option portion of msconfig. This can be a messy way of doing it so which is why I reccomended Startup Mechanic. Let me know your results.

Forgotten password on parental controls

Hello sir. You can fix the problem by using the below links: http://computerkid.blogspot.com/2007/09/how-to-bypass-vista-parental-controls.html

As long as you have the administrator password you shouldn't have any problem in disabling the parental control. If u have an average knowledge about computers, you can use the below link but it requires some hardwork from your part. http://www.irongeek.com/i.php?page=security/vistasamcrack
Use the methods at your own risk. They generally edit the system registry hives so anything may go wrong. If you are brave enough go ahead. If you want any clarications, please post.
