Sounds like you have a burned out thermostat/thermistor.
ALWAYS UNPLUG YOUR DRYER BEFORE ATTEMPTING TO DO ANY WORK ON IT.
Check to make sure you are getting full 220 Volt power to the dryer, if you are then:

Remove the back/or front just under the door of the machine and try to locate the air duct going from the blower to the drum. Normally inside/outside the air duct you will find the heating coil and the thermostats/thermistors. Once you have located the heating coil, remove the two wires from it and check the coil with an ohm meter across the two terminals of the coil.
You should read continuity across the terminals, if not you will need to replace the coil as it is faulty.
If the heating coil is ok, then:
You can check the thermostat/thermistor one at a time by removing the two wires and taping them together with electrical tape or with an ohm meter to test the thermostat/thermistor. (Should have/show continuity)
If the coil heats up then replace the thermostat/thermistor.
(Thermal fuse.If it overheats the dryer will not operate. It's located on the blower housing. It cannot be reset. A vent clogged with lint can cause it to overheat. You can test it with an Ohm meter or continuity checker, if no continuity, replace it)
DO NOT LEAVE THE WIRES TAPED TOGETHER AFTER THE TEST.
This could cause a FIRE, as you have removed the safety of overheat from the machine.

I have a AEG LAVATHERM 59800 DRYER AND IT IS NOT GETTING HOT NOW AND I HAVE CLEANED THE VENTS BUT STILL THE SAME? ALSO WHEN IT REACHES 0 AFTER A CYCLE IT IS NOT SHUTTING DOWN OFF? CAN YOU HELP?

ELECTRIC Dryer no heat or little heat, or shuts down to fast:

Check your venting and lint basket. Check blower for lint build up and blower wheel obstruction., test by trying to turn the wheel manually by hand (should be easy) May have to remove cabinet or front/back plate to get to it)

Next check the heating element itself with a meter for continuity OHMS CLOSED CIRCUIT. If not its defective.

Check dryer Terminal block prongs both outside prongs should give combined 220, and 110 each if u check 1 outside & 1 center (ground) prong. Also check house electrical outlet for full voltage. 220 because if u only get half or 110 volts you will be able to run the machine which uses only 110 to run motor but not the heater which uses a full 220,

Check the thermal cut off, the cycling and the hi limit thermostats.
For continuity or OHMS. If no ohms or resistance they need replacement.

Lastly check your moister sensor. ( located inside the dryer door usually) Especially if machine seems to shut down early and clothes are still wet.
Test with a meter at room temperature and it should show continuity.
A failed moisture sensor will affect the dryer run time in the automatic moisture sensing cycle but it will not affect the heating of the dryer or the timed cycle.

Dryer only drys for 16 or 26 seconds

Sounds like a high limit is tripping. Maybe blowing, or vacuuming out your vent line that leads outside. You may have built up lent inside of it.

My beko dryer keeps tripping my electric box

We had similar problem with a different type dryer. Turned out to be a weak / older / bad breaker in the electrical panel. Every so often it would just trip the breaker for no reason.
The owner thought it was the dryer itself - and bought a new one - but problem remained.
In our case - solved by electrician putting in a new breaker in the panel for the dryer.
Could still be your dryer though, in your case.
Suggest:
- make sure dryer vent is not plugged by lint or other stuff.
[ When running, check that you've got good flow of hot air coming out the outside vent. If NO, could be a plugged up vent. We've had that too before. Disassemble, clear out vent tubes, check for plugged up screens, on the outside too, there is sometimes a screen in the outlet - it could get plugged. The screen is important - to keep out leaves & animals & stuff - but typically gets plugged up. Then dryer overheats and shuts itself off or trips the breaker. Also - you'll find that it takes longer to dry anything if the flow of air going out is restricted.]

My Amana NED7200TW dryer still shuts down with no power and after a couple minutes it will power up again. I checked the circuit breaker but the breakers were not tripped. Help!

Sounds like an internal over-temp thermostat is tripping. Usually, this is caused by near-zero air flow through the machine. Vacuum out the exhaust hose, the exit fitting from the house, and all of the dryer's interior air path that you can reach. Wash out the lint filter with detergent and HOT water as fabric softener deposits will plug the screen. Check the exterior vent for air flow while it's running--it should be fairly forceful (and hot!). Hope this helps!

Dryer shuts down after 5mins and also has a random

I think the vent is pluged up or bent so that the lent is trapped in the hose. its getting too hot. don't use it anymore till you get it cleaned and check for lent build up in side. can cause fire.

My Kenmore dryer keeps cutting off

Vacuum all of the air passages including the hose to the outside vent. Remove the lint filter and wash it in hot water and detergent; rinse and replace after drying. Restricted air flow may be tripping an over-temp switch.

Starts up and heats up fine but shuts off 10 to 15 mins into drying

Check your heat discharge vent. It's probably stopped up with lent Check it completely, from the machine thru all the fittings, even the little door on the outside of your home, if you use one.

Electric dryer shutting off

most likely cause is the air duct is blocked with lint, some always gets past the screen and builts up in the exhaoust line. not enough air flow, the air gets hotter than normal and trips the over temperature cutout.
for most dryers
clear the fan, and exhaust ducting all the way to the wall, and the outside vent hood, of lint
