Question about Samsung YP-U3 MP3 Player
Try reinstalling it to your computer. Does you model have the "Auto Scan" feature? If it does, this link explains how to use that feature. http://ars.samsung.com/customer/usa/jsp/faqs/faqs_view_us.jsp?SITE_ID=40&PG_ID=0&AT_ID=268355&PROD_SUB_ID=0&PROD_ID=46&EMAIL_ID=40. If this does not help, check your PC specifications and see if they match up with your MP3 player's specification needs. It may be that your MP3 player cannot work on your computer because you don't have the right specifications on your computer that the it needs to have in order for the MP3 player to work on it. Your batteries might also be an issue. Maybe you need to recharge the battery.
I also have the link for the user manual, where I got some of this info from. http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/200709/20070918092735125_YPU3-COMMON-ENGLISH1.0.pdf
