Problem with cooker

I have this coocker and was working fine until I have done cleanup with water. Then it starts not working. I have remove and make sure that everything dry properly. Now when ever I switch on it goes to heat mode automatically. I am unable to cook food, i can use it as a warmer only. How to slove this
