Question about Whirlpool Kitchen Ranges
pull the plug and
try to check all the wire
and then replaced the touch pad
if the same problem!!!

Basically you have to take the oven apart and check all of the wire connections for the control panel. Test them if you can. most likely the board is going bad and needs to be replaced. Let me know if you need help taking it apart, or if you have any questions with anything as I would glad to help you out with anything. If you don't feel comfortable taking the panels off of the range to check out the control panel, then don't but it isn't too bad of a job. If you want to order a new panel, any retailer of whirlpool ranges should be able to help you out with that or whirlpool itself but you may have to wait till Tuesday for this because of Memorial Day.
