[CF60] Recycle toner transport area lock

Check to make sure that the recycled toner auger is able to turn. This is located on the front side of your process unit and takes used toner and dumps it back in the developer unit. If not check to make sure all of your gears are not stripped.

What is CF60


CF60 indicates Recycle Toner Transport area lock. U need to take out the process unit, remove developer unit, remove drum, drum blade & recovery blade, disposed all waste toner, make sure the gear can turn properly. Then reassembly back everything.

[CF60] Recycle toner transport area lock

Check to make sure that the recycled toner auger is able to turn. This is located on the front side of your process unit and takes used toner and dumps it back in the developer unit. If not check to make sure all of your gears are not stripped.

ERROR CODE CF60 (photocopy toshiba E Studio 232).


this is a fault relating to the toner recycling system which is behind the black cover on the process unit-error code suggests that it has locked.

Try check the cleaner unit of process unit whether it is full of toner that resulting the recycle toner transport area is locked thus CF60 sign on.
