Question about Computers & Internet
I tried the ideas on the link you sent me and it is still dark and according to those solutions it says that it needs to be reloaded but I can't see anything to do that. When I hook it to the monitor for my desktop it is still dark until I unhook it then the monitor says no signal. At least I know it is on but still too dark to see. Any more ideas???
THANKS FOR YOUR HELP, sID
There is no support for you're notebook. (I gather you know that by now). Did you ask Benimur as I suggested?
Now that you have hooked it up to another monitor & you got the message (no signal & no display). I would say the intergrated video graphics adapter is defective. Unlike a desktop you can not swap out graphics cards. You're notebook's motherboard would need to be repaired/replaced. You'll spend more for replacement/repairs than it would cost for a newer notebook.

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
