59.9 is SCANNER MOTOR ERROR.
It is a rather tough part to service.
The entire scanning assembly would have to be replaced.

I can't get the onboard network connection to work. Wireless works fine. When I look at properties it says that it is connected.

The Ethernet jack might have a broken wire inside the laptop. Try a modem that uses a USB connection instead of Ethernet - if it works, then the Ethernet jack has an open wire.

CAN´T CONNECT TO THE INTERNET BY THE ETHERNET CONECTOR

Sorry for taking ages, for some reason i didn't get a notification about your comment. Anyways, if it's giving you an I.P through wireless, try going into your Ethernet adapter's Properties (Control Panel -> Network connections -> Right Click your adapter and select Properties -> Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) And see if there is already an I.P there, if there is, select "Obtain I.P Address Automatically"

Connect projector to HP desktop

If you are attempting to connect an LCD projector to a laptop, you connect a monitor cable to your video card and the other end to the monitor input connector. You may have to use an adapter, I know on my LCD projector I had to use a DVI to VGA connector.
Can't say much more not knowing if you are having a problem with a particular brand of projector
