Honda 20 HP will not start

Normally there is a whole series of questions as to it's last use, storage, and any specific's of "not starting that you are experiencing.
Assuming that it is turning over adequately by electric start, I would suggest that you look at the plugs. If they are dry, then you have a problem with fuel delivery. Spraying starting fluid into the carb intake should get a pop and a few turns out of the motor. If not, you likely have a spark or compression problem. Check for proper oil fill level. These motors won't start when low on oil. Each possibility has a long chain of test and repair procedures. If you can chase down a liikely cause I may be able to help you further.

Honda Pressure Washer HP 5 not starting

You can try spraying some carburetor cleaner into the carb. If it starts for a minute, your carburetor need cleaning. When you added new gas did you remove the old gas first? Is the air filter clean?

It won't stay running

You need to either clean the carb really good (take it apart) or rebuild it or both. Sounds like your needle is gummed up and not letting fuel through.

% hp Honda Motor runs on choke

Dear LC39B,
Is it possible you are blaming the wrong part of the machine? Did you try the Honda Motor on its own? I am asking , because if the pump of the washer has some fault or a bit jammed, this will demand a lot of power from the Honda. You can try the Honda with no water connection and no gun.
Regarding the Honda motor, you should check the electrical system also. I am saying this because you did not mention it, in your service procedure.
Regards,
MG.
