With this being a Buisness pc, only authorised people are allowed to open the case.
You have triggered the alarm and will need an administrator to over ride this fault.
IF a password has not been set, you may be able to reset this.

Business PC's can trigger an alarm when the cover is removed to prevent unauthorized access to the hardware.

Make sure case is fully closed and intrusion switch is fully engaged. Boot to the BIOS (F2 on most systems) go to security section, reset intrusion switch. save settings, reboot
