Question about Lands Phones
2nd hash refers to two separate key strokes used in programming.
The '2nd' button on your DBC213/223 at the top of the column of programmable keys, in normal operation allows you to access the second layer use of each key e.g Transfer/Diversion.
When you are programming the system from this phone, press '2nd' and then press '#' to activate the previous step i.e. these two keys act as an 'Enter' function.
