U should have told the problem more broadly.
because i don't know the type of error

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The settings should match those provided by your local area network (LAN) administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).
See if your Internet connection settings are being detected. You can set Microsoft Windows to examine your network and automatically discover network connection settings (if your network administrator has enabled this setting).
Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options.
On the Connections tab, click LAN Settings.
Select Automatically detect settings, and then click OK.
Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu and then click About Internet Explorer to determine what strength security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet Options. On the Advanced tab, scroll to the Security section and check settings for SSL 2.0, SSL 3.0, TLS 1.0, PCT 1.0.
Click the Back button to try another link.

Cannot find server or DNS Error.
C:\WINDOWS\system\shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm

Whenever u get this it's almost always an IP address problem. Try renewing your ip address.
1. Click the Start menu button on the Windows taskbar.
2. Click Run... on this menu.
3. If the computer is holding a current IP address, type 'cmd' (without the quotes) in the text box that appears. A command prompt window appears on the screen.
4. Type 'ipconfig' (without the quotes) to view the status of the computer's IP address(es).
5. If the computer is holding a current IP address, type 'ipconfig /release' to let go of the address.
6. Type 'ipconfig /renew' to obtain a new IP address (whether or not the computer is holding a current address).

See it this doesn't fix your problem.

You can't uninstall it, but you can disable it in Windows Features.
If it is not working, just download Chrome and use it, because you might have corrupted your PC.

I need a WPA for 2Wire 450. I don't have it

Hi.
You can temporarily hardwire your computer to the router (connect via ethernet),
Open internet explorer and go to the GUI (graphic user interface), key in the default gateway (192.168.1.254) in the address bar, then press enter (the address bar is the long white bar at the top part of intrnet explorer that says "address" in front.)
This will give you access to your router. go to the network tab, then wireless settings. You'll see several options for your 2wire's wireless function including resetting it.
Note: resetting the router should be your last resort

Internet explorer properties does not start

Go into your control panel, Click on add and remove programs. At the left side of that screen is your add and remove window components tab. click on that. For intrnet explorer to open from the start up the box next to internet explorer must be checked. If unchecked , just check the box next to it and click next. It should work properly after that.

If face still problem then remove internet explorer and install again.

I hope this helps you.
