SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

In late 2001 I purchased the HP Computer Pavilion 7920 - #P4053a SN MXl3508642 with Monitor P1282-60051 SN CNABY0l037....Using Windows Millenium at present. Just purchased new HP Photosmart C4380...

You should upgrade your computer to XP, ME is a horrible version unfortunately. It is about 150$ for a copy of xp and then you will have a copy forever. The printer unfortunately will not work with Millenium.
thanks,

How to Speed Up Windows 7 [Adjust Menu Show Delay and Application Timeout]

Ever wanted to make your Win7 faster when opening menus, or when ending an application processes. Here's a registry tweak on how to do that. But before that we should create a registry backup first in case you want to restore the original settings.

1. Start Type>REGEDIT then press enter. When prompted, just click "Yes".
2. On the File Menu click Import and then save it as "Regbackup.reg" to location you can easily access.
3. Close regedit
4. Go to Start>Click Notepad
5. Copy and paste the texts in between the * line to notepad.
**************************************************************
Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_CURRENT_USERControl PanelDesktop]
"AutoEndTasks"="1"
"HungAppTimeout"="1000"
"MenuShowDelay"="1"
"WaitToKillAppTimeout"="2000"
"LowLevelHooksTimeout"="1000"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet002Control]
"WaitToKillServiceTimeout"="1000"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMControlSet001Control]
"WaitToKillServiceTimeout"="1000"

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESYSTEMCurrentControlSetControl]
"WaitToKillServiceTimeout"="1000"

[HKEY_USERSS-1-5-19Control PanelDesktop]
"AutoEndTasks"="1"
"HungAppTimeout"="1000"
"MenuShowDelay"="1"
"WaitToKillAppTimeout"="2000"

[HKEY_USERSS-1-5-20Control PanelDesktop]
"AutoEndTasks"="1"
"HungAppTimeout"="1000"
"MenuShowDelay"="1"
"WaitToKillAppTimeout"="2000"
**************************************************************

3. Save file as "Speed7.reg". Save As Type to All Files and Set Encoding to Unicode. Click Save button.
4. Locate the file on your desktop double click to open it. Just click "Yes" whenever prompted. And you'll be prompted that is successful.
5. Finally, restart your PC.

Thanks & Regards,

I am trying to install HP Photosmart 3100 series - which states windows 98SEm Me, 2000, XP - but I am trying to install it on to my new hp Pavilion which has windows vista

Hello,

You can download the installation program for Windows Vista through the HP website by following this link:
http://h20180.www2.hp.com/apps/Lookup?h_lang=en&h_cc=us&cc=us&h_page=hpcom&lang=en&h_client=S-A-R163-1&h_pagetype=s-002&h_query=Photosmart+3100&submit=Go+%BB
You will need to select the exact model of your printer then select Windows Vista and the installation file will be available to download.

Thank you.

My windows vista wont let me install my HP Photosmart C4180 printer

Make sure you have the correct version of the software compatible with Vista. It could be that the driver you are trying to install is for a different OS.
Go to this page and download the latest software compatible with Vista for your printer.

Hope that helps!
