Question about CMB T43 750 Notebook
Hi pearl. This can be an issue with the operating system, software or it can also be hardware. try going in Safe Mode and attempt to do System Restore to a point when it was still working fine. Be sure to backup your data if you can before you proceed. if that does not work, try to restart the computer, press F8 when it tries to start, then if you get to the advanced options menu, select the option to disable automatic start. This can help you verify if a blue screen error is causing it and enable you to take note of it. It would also be a good idea to run a diagnostics to possibly check for hardware issues. For dell, i believe you can turn off the system, then press and hold the FN key on the keyboard and press the power button. Release both of them and let the system starts. Be sure to note down any error which may indicate if there is a hardware issue detected. If none, might also need a reinstall or Windows repair.
