I need instruction for a lifemax ladies watch

For Lifemax watch instructions, go to http://www.rnib.org.uk/shop/Pages/Category.aspx?Category=talking_watches
and select the model of Lifemax watch for which you require instructions.
When that product page opens, scroll down to find 'product instructions'. Click on that to open the instructions in a Word document (you will need to have MS Word or the free OpenOffice suite to read it)

The Instructions for Invicta watches can be found here:

Puritan watch link removal

its sound simple enough but you will need to use a bit of force to budge the pin.

you will need
blue tack
punch
pin hammer
pliers.

Roll up the blue tack push onto flat surface , push the barcelet side on into the blue tack wthe arrows pointing downward.
insert the punch into the hole and tap with hammer.
do this until you have removed enough links then push a pin back into the bracelet and tap home withthe hammer.

Can't change the time setting on my sports watch

Your Fossil Watches has four push button and one for winding button. the first button has mark of LIGHT , the below button is MODE ,,upper right START/STOP,,, lower is LAP/RESET. the center button is what they called it a CROWN to set crown is just pull it and you can set the hour and minute. the LIGHT button is the set button also, just press it for 15 seconds if dial flashes, then go to MODE button and choose what going to set, the START/STOP -- LAP/RESET is the scroll button you going up and down the number or on /off ,some model of chronograph the set is in the MODE button just press it long and if flashes it ok. and follow procedure what i said before. setting cannot damage the watch...

You better prepare a plain cloth to avoid scratch a piece of jewelry screw and ponson pinch ,if you cannot secure a ponson, find a big needle or sharp nail,take your watch put a piece of cloth to protect from scratch,hold your watch firmly that cannot slipt.In the side of links,there is a screw marks, or pinch marks lock,if you see screw marks you should use the screw ,if pinch mark ,use the needle or the nail to punch out the lock and detach it ..Again punch it in so it locks or screw it in.That s all you do patswan...

hope this may help;
