Question about Canon XL2 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
Hi,there! I am trying for some days to solve the problem of footage capturing on my lap-top.It's an Acer equiped with Windows XP.It's a nightmare.I downloaded the DV-PC software, I have an IEEE1394 firewire connection...My camera is not recognized by the PC...and the software too.Nothing's working. My computer , well Windows is blocking when I insert the IEEE1394- not all the time ,but often...I'm exhausted. Please, somebody...maybe you guys know how to manage the situation. Thanks,
This is not a sarcastic reply - it's genuine. If you're serious about making video, switch to a Mac. I use an XL1 or 2 every day, never have a connection issue. Regards, Nik
