The problem with safes of any kind is that they are, by definition, safe. If you could bypass all that security just by asking on the internet they wouldn't be any good at all.
You therefore only have two options: return the unit to the unhelpful store that sold it to you and demand a refund as the product is useless and unusable or, contact the manufacturer but they won't always provide assistance and usually will not do so at all if the safe is already locked. Even if they can, they'll need a serial number.
A locksmith is not a useful option. The fee will cost more than your safe and the only methods they normally use to open safes are destructive ones.
Sorry this is not the answer you hoped for but I hope that it has given you guidance as to the best course of action.
