Question about Washing Machines
One of two things First shut off water supply at wall remove the cold water hose at the washer if you look in the fitting where you just unscrewed the hose from you should see a small screen carefully pry out and clean or replace if damaged .If it was clogged your problem is probably solved if not you will probably have to replace the mix valve assy, thats the valve that the hoses screw on to on the washing machine Hope this helps Good Luck

check for kinks in the pipe or restrictions to the flow in the pipes before it gets to the washer, if all is ok then check the filter on the outside of the water connector on the machine for dirt
if you confirm all is clear and the flow of water is not the problem before the machine, replace the cold water solenoid

Need to make sure that the water connections are correct - first that the hot water hose and cold water hose have not been interchanged and then if they are correct try interchanging the electrical connections to the water valves.

Possibly a stupid answer..most water supplies at the hose connection have valves...turn off or at least reduce the amount of cold water with valve closed or partially open.

The inlet valve that the hoses attach too the solenoid for the hot side may be stuck closed or clogged with sediment. May need new inlet valve.

SOURCE: HOT WATER WON'T FILL TUB
hi there, you have an air locked warm water pipe, put a hose from the cold tap to the hot tap, turn on hot tap, then turn on cold tap, the force of the cold water will clear the air lock, turn off cold tap and remove hose. let hot tap run for a few min. [cheers]
