Connect it to your PC. In the root folder, go into Music and drop your files there. LG KG800 does not support subfolders. Hope your problem is solved. If not report again in detail. I have the same mobile
Plug the USB cable into the outlet on the phone. There is not a
universal USB cable to fit all phones, so be sure you use the right
cable for your phone. If you do not have a USB cable, go to a cell
phone store and buy one for your specific cell phone. Plug the other
end of the cable into an open USB slot on your computer.
Open "My Computer" or "Computer" from your Start menu. Your computer
should automatically detect the cell phone. Double-click on the cell
phone's icon in the open window.
Open the folder you saved the music in. Right click on the music file
or files you want to place on the phone. To select more than one file,
hold down the Control key while you click on the files you want to
transfer to your cell phone. Select "Copy" from the menu that pops up
when you right click the highlighted files.
Click in the cell phone's folder window opened in Step 4. Right click
in the middle of the window and select "Paste" from the menu you are
given. This automatically starts to transfer the files to your cell
phone. Once the transfer is complete, remove the USB cord and listen to
the music on your phone.
do u want to no how to put music on it? first plug your usb cord in the pc then open files then go to music or mp3 then on your pc find a song were ever in windows media player or ect select song right click open file location drag into your music and walla all done repeat for more
You may also need the verizon music sync package for that phone, it comes with a cable to connect it to the P.C. The CD will have a program that syncs music. Just install it because the drivers are built into the software and you have to have it installed in order to use the drivers. Once this is installed, download BITPIM ( google it, its free ) or find some other converter program that can convert to 3gpp files for you, then you can creat and add music, ringtones and pictures and convert video file onto the phone for free.
Remember to have the verizon software installed or the PC wont be able to detect your phone.
