Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3c Cellular Phone
My phone "claims" to have service but will not receive text messages. The company claims that the phone has a service problem... and that it is not the phone but the service is faulty. Any ideas or solutions available?
Theyre probebly right cuz that happened to me once. but they hadgot my account mixed up, but are you positive that you are paying for text? and if you are then tell them to send you a replacement phone or fix the service
