If it's been that long since you bought the product, you'll probably have a hard time with the retailer. You would be better off contacting the manufacturer's customer service department. The manual should list a phone number or give you their address on the Internet. If you're just missing something simple like a pedal, they shouldn't be too fussy about shipping out a replacement part.
