Check the light switch to make sure it's working and check the belt to see if it's broken.
Good luck

Lg model DLGY1202W Dryer. When I try to start a cycle, I hear a slight click in the back of the dryer and nothing happens. I've tried unplugging it for a couple of minutes and nothing changes.

there are 3 things i find on lg dryers that can cause that. one, main control board would be worse case relay on ctrl board may be stuck causing clicking noise. 2nd, you could have a broken/slipped off belt. test for that would be turning the drum by the fins inside drum without any clothes. It should have a little bit of force to turn. if it spins rather easy. you probably have a broken belt. 3rd lastly, there is a re settable thermostat inside dryer if it pops is cause the dryer not to run.

Lg dryer doesn't turn on

Having changed the main control board, the only other things to check are as follows:
Thermal Fuse, Door switch, Drive motor, Drive belt and Belt switch.
These can cause a non-start situation.

My LG 37LG50 TV wont turn on ?

Are you certain the replacement power supply is good? A defective main board or power supply can cause this problem.

Unable to turn on dryer. Light works, but pushing initial start button does not start. Electric heat.

I experienced this issue. I replaced the main control board, part number EBR36858803, which I ordered from Amazon. Problem solved for just over $100. Relatively easy fix.

Dryer heats up but won't turn

Depending on the make of dryer, there are several possibile reasons for this.
First and foremost, could be a faulty motor- faulty start capacitor, Faulty start relay.
Without more information I cannot be more specific.
Hope this helps.

LG RU-27FB30

what do you mean "knocked" Yes sir it sure does sound like the power supply specificly the stand by supply? Only real way to tell if you know anything about troubleshooting solid state electronics is to get a schematic and start at the beginni9ng of the supply and work your way over to the sweep supplys. On alot of sets the horizontal has to be good for the ,main switching supply to start up but in this case if it dosent click or make any sound I supect the main supply. Good luck
