I can't log out of ebay? help - Computers & Internet

If ebay will not recognize your password, it might be best to try and reset your password. Just visit ebay's forgot your password page and follow the directions. Hopefully that will help you to reset your password so you can access your ebay account.

Not really; the password's between you and eBay, so if you're cutting and pasting and it's not taking in any browser, on any computer you try, you'll have to ask for a password reset. On eBay.

If your daughter was logged into ebay on her account you will need to log off and then log in with your account. The log off button is near the top center of the Ebay account page.

If you are logged into eBay and want to log out, look just to the right of the eBay logo in the top right of the website.
There you should see, "Hi (name)! Sign Out.
Just click on that link that says 'sign out'.

In internet explorer go to tools, compatibility view settings and check the box to view all website in compatibility view and close the browser and try logging into ebay again and see if that helps.

The easiest way to do it is to click on the link from your winning bidder email you get from eBay. It should send you into the payment flow. If you still can't pay, then something else is wrong.

make sure that you are using the correct user id and password. if you forgot your user id or password you can use the forgot user id/password links in the sigh in page. if your user id and password are correct, you can try clearing the cache and cookies of your computer. if this will not help, you need to contact eBay customer support so that they can provide you a temporary password that you can use to log in to your account.

There are links on the login page in case you forget your username, or if you forget your password. Try one of those links.
