To re-set the wireless set up you need to press the button on the receiver and the one on the mouse at the same time. Both buttons - same time. Have a friend help you if you are unable to reach both and hold them down for at least ten to twenty seconds. When you press both buttons it should reset your system and solve your problem.

Logitech wireless mouse (m305) isn't working

Does this mouse need to sync with the reciever plugged into the computer?
Somewhere on the mouse and posssibly on the reciever plugged into the USB
port on the computer it should have a connect button. Usually to connect/sync
a mouse or keyboard press the button on the reciever first then press the connect
button on the mouse. Or if th mouse has a button just press the mouse button,
often the mouses lazer will blink until the mouse connects with the reciever then
just stay lit at this point it sould work. Another Question, how are the batteries in
the mouse?

The key board has lost its connection, please help. we hve tryed new batterys. the mouse still works.

mcdevito75 here, Sounds like you"ve lost the connection between your keyboard and reciever, that little angled piece with a button you press and lights up. First double check connection on your computer for this reciever, Then double check intsatlation of batteries in keyboard. NOW, press button on reciever, now press button under mouse and wait 20 seconds now press button on reciever then press button under keyboard. This should do it.

Bought a new BElking Wireless Mouse and it will not work! What am I doing wrong?

There are three possible causes for it to not work.
Starting with the worst.

1. The item is dead from the factory.
(The only solution is to return it.)
2. The battery is in wrong or dead.
3. There is a very tiny switch on the bottom of the mouse, try flipping it to the other position.

Good luck, I hope it is either 2 or 3.

Receiver not recognized by computer

The green LED on this reciever is also a button. Press the LED on the reciever with a small blunt object (pencil will work) and then press the "connect" button on the bottom of the mouse. The green LED should come on, and restore the connection between the reciever and the mouse.

Microsoft wireless notebook optical mouse 3000 Doesnt seem to work?

Okay, a coworker had this problem and it was a fairly easy fix, first, plug the USB reciever into a direct USB port, then pess the connect button on the underside of the mouse, when the red light starts blinking let go and then press it and hold, and at the SAME TIME press and hold the connect button on the receiver until both the receiver light and the mouse light turn on steadily, and voila!

You need to plug in the USB reciever load windows till desktop appears, hold down the reciever button until it flashs then quickly turn over mouse and press connect button in. and you should see the reciever flicker, and it should start working. if it dont try swapping the batterys as they dont last long...and repeating the same process Hope this helps John
