faulty installation - right click icon by clock on taskbar and shut program down. then go into start menu - webroot - webroot - uninstall. after pc reboots, download latest product version from webroot's website.
Lots of people seem to be having the same problem,i reccomed you download the free version of "spyware doctor" (its free for ever, once you got it),you can download it at www.google.com/packs (limited time only!) spyware doctor it great! it scans your pc in less than 10 mins! and its fast!
I have seen this problem a couple times. The only fix that seems to work is uninstalling Spysweeper and then reinstall it again. If you go to start>Programs>webroot you will see an uninstaller. Run that, reboot the computer, then reinstall again from your install disc.
