Tv wont turn on just get a red blinking light on front tried to unplu but wont work still

you might try washing it.
submerge the tv in the bath tub, use lukewarm water only.
then turn it on.

The blinking red light means set is in shutdown because of a short inside the tv.

Someone to begin would have to open it and check power supply voltages inside the set....that is the first step.

If a red light is blinking on the front of the TV, the set has entered protection mode. If this happens it usually means you simplyneed to reset the TV. Unplug the TV for 60 seconds. If the red light is blinking but wont turn on . your tv has a defect. maybe the defect is on the board. causing not to osolate.needs a qualified technician to fix your problem.

i had this with my samsung and my mums instead of pressing red power button press either switch from analog tv to digital button or just press a number
