Question about Acer Extensa 4620 Notebook
This may not be an issue with the LCD panel, but more likely with the cable itself. Make sure the connections leading from the motherboard to the panel is secure on both ends (this includes the connection that branches off to the inverter). If this does not solve the issue consider replacing the cable, they are fairly inexpensive (10$) on ebay.
If the cable was replaced at the same time as the LCD and the connections are secure, you may be facing a video chip problem, which is irreversible without replacing the motherboard.
