Clean the shaver?

If it is a micro screen style you don't remove the blades. Remove screen and brush the blades with shaver brush then spray with shaving lube.

How do I clean a Remington Shaver

If micro screen style, pop off the screen and use included brush to clean out all the beard hair. Spray with shaving lube then pop screen back on. That's it!

The trimming blades of my Shaver do not work. my hair got stuck in it. It seem the blades do not move across each other.

Assuming you have cleaned and lubed the blades, then you need to dismantle requiring a torx screwdriver.
Firstly, take off the top cover and remove the foil itself. There are two torx screws there, and another one where the power charger goes in at the bottom.
Once those 3 are removed, pull apart the main black/grey sections. There are 2 more screws holding the battery in place, remove them and the battery. Next bit is tricky - where the 2 grey 'dimples' are, gently loosen the two sections which should leave the black slider holding the trimmer and just one side of the grey outer shell. It felt to me it was going to break, but came apart without issue.
I couldn't work out how to seperate the black trimmer section here, but you can buy replacement trimmer sections so assuming it's possible somehow. From here, I cleaned, and soaked the blades with lube overnight. Then put back together again.

I have the Braun 360° Complete 8985 Electric Shaver, and ive learned that it is pritty much gonna keep being a money hole. Can any one suggest a self cleaning brand that is more reliable?

The self-cleaning shavers are all much more expensive to maintain than traditional non-self-cleaning shavers. Your model 8985 is not inherantly more expensive to maintain than any other self cleaning model by Braun or other brand. The cleaning solution is expensive, the cleaning machines break because of exposure to liquid, and the heads often wear out faster as well.
Because of this, I strongly suggest you buy a shaver without a self cleaning machine. Most models that do not include self cleaning machines are very easy to clean with an old toothbruh dipped in rubbing alcohol. If you liked the way the Braun shaved when it was in good condition, I would suggest the following models linked below as possibilities

WHAT DO YOU CLEAN THE CLIPPERS WITH AFTER USE - I USED THEM ON MY SHEPHERD AND THEY WORKED WELL, BUT I DO NEED TO CLEAN THEM. THANK YOU

"Kool Lube" by Oster works to clean and disinfect the clippers. Hair should be removed first, this can be done by cleaning out hair with a toothbrush. Kool Lube is available at beauty supply stores such as Sally Beauty.

How do you use clean and renew for shavers

you can clean the hair out of your shaver with a small brush. Sometimes the shaver comes with a small brush, if not you can use an old toothbrush. Then apply something like Kool Lube which is used as a cleaner and lubricant for shavers and other styling equipment.
