Your Samsung FTQ352 is a newer model and th parts suppliers they don't have the schismatic diagram for the parts layout in order directly to confirm the parts you need.

However we have here below the links for three different suppliers which they have the four deferent elements of your Range and if just contact them before order we are sure that they will be more than happy to confirm which one is the one you need and you can order it directly also.

Broil element won't come on.

1. Cut power to the stove by unplugging or switching off at the mains.
2. Remove broil element and inspect for burnt or melted places, if you have multimeter, then check it for continuity, it shouldn't have more than about10 ohms resistance. Burnt-out element is easily replaced.
3. If element is good, then check for voltage at element terminals, it should be 220 volt AC ( with caution, after turning power back on and setting oven to broil).
4. If all above checks out, then the problem will require disassembling the appliance to investigate thermostat issues, relay, etc. It would be at this point that I would strongly consider putting in a service call!

Oven elements do not heat?

The oven bake element has burnt out and needs replacing. Shut the power off to the range. Remove the element mounting screws located inside the oven above or below each end of the element. Carefully slide the element out, disconnect electrical wiring. Install new element.

Hi, yes, it's happened sometimes, to all electrical heating appliances, yes all heating elements, sooner or later will burnt out. better quality ones, will last longer, but will burnt out too, always replace with original (FSP) factory specification parts, from manufacturer.

Oven stopped working.top works fine.noticed chard insulation in back of stove.burnt wire seems to be connected to electrode in oven. any ideas?

Hi, Check voltage or continuity on the bake element. If you test voltage, there should be 240V to the element. If you check continuity, unplug the range and test the element to see if it has an open circuit. In either case, you should replace the wire connectors if they ae burnt.

I hope this helps you. Please let me know if I can assist you further.
