Tweco and Hobart torches will not work be there tried that, they are not compatable wher the cable attaches in the welder.

Thank you for responding, I hope this solves your problem.
The best place to find parts for just about any piece of equipment is Grainger company. On the website several connection types (Hobart etc) are listed. TWECO parts are the most common for many brands therefore your gun is most likely TWECO. Grainger has extremely helpful staff and will sell you the right part. Thanks again, If I have helped please leave a good rating for me.

I took the liberty of calling Grainger myself they have 18 different TWECO set ups, their tech department is in Monday morning, they will help you get the right one. The Clarke machines were also sold under the sears Craftsman label, with exact specs they should also have a sears number.

After further research check out welding direct.com part TM08 these guns are not direct replacement but made for universal use and adaptable to many types

I have a clarke 125en mig welder model we6526, im needing a new gun .what product would match this

Hi:

There is no adaptor in the market for it, but there is one web site that offers an adapter for 45.00 bucks and then you can buy a standard mini tweco gun, which you can find at any praxair location ( www.praxairdirect.com). Here is the link for site offering the gun's adaptor: http://shdesigns.org/Craftsman-12x36/tweco.shtml

Good luck.

I need clarke mig welder partes for the gun on a 130en. I can't find them any place, can you help me find them. Thank you.

Hi:
It will be better to adapt a new gun. Go to your nearest Praxair (www.praxair.com) store and ask for a tweco mini gun with a clarke adapter. Tweco accesories are available at ALL welding stores and it's a cheap gun also.

No gas comming out

Try these possible problems and solutions.

1) Ran out of gas pressure from cylinder. Replace cylinder.
2) Solenoid valve not opening or clogged. Replace solenoid valve.
3) regulator closed or faulty. Open regulator to adjust flow. or replace it.
4) Gun connector not pushed all way in. Release butterfly nut on gun and push the connector all way in.
5) Gun liner's gasket (o'ring) at end of gun missing or broken. replace liner.

Need to know how to get my clark welder to weld aluminum model we6527

Using a Spool gun and an adaptor to your welder is better, but you need to open your wallet and spend at least 600 bucks. The modest way to go is:

1) change the gun liner to a teflon kind one instead of steel.
2) Change your drive rolls for knurled one instead of grooved.
3) oversize your contact tip for more wire feed freedom.
4) use straight argon gas.
5) use aluminum 4043 type 035 size.
And always try to maintain your gun lead as straight as you can.
Good Luck!

Runs but gun dosenot opreate, it is a clarke 130en

The only things I can think of are:
  • The tension on the coil of welding wire is too tight and needs slackening off.
  • The feed rollers need cleaning and the tension adjusting.
If none of these solutions solve your problem then I can not help you any further.
