With my HTC Aria, can I block a specific incoming phone number?

Correct, the closest thing on the Razr is the call barring and it only allows you to block calls by limiting them to ppl in your phonebook. The more advanced stuff you want to do would require switching to a PDA like the G1

This feature is not available on ur phone, get a nokia phone or other models of motorola that supports it. Alternatively, assign a silent ringtone to the number(s) and simply ignore it... lol.

If your fone has a blacklist feature which can be found in:

Settings > Call > Blacklist..

1). Enter the international code or the plus sign..
e.g "+" or "00"-Australia,New Zealand.

2). Enter country code.
e.g "61X"-Australia, "64X"-New Zealand.

3). Enter mobile number.

Activate this feature and you should be fine.
