I have had my zen for 1 1/2 years (zen v plus) now it ramdomly goes to voice recording constantly----sometimes it restarts a song or chooses another one without me touching it. Help!! Val

- My zen also does this, no matter what the circumstance goes to the voice recording and keeps going on to processing...recording in process....saving, and even when it is reset, it returns to this. I dont know if like the recording button is stuck or what. please help- cs65

Try pushing down the reset button with a pin. You'll see the reset button right below the on-off slide (it's a small hole). Hope this works.
