Before you buy a whole new pump, you can replace, or rebuilt just the motor. Your problem is a little vague, are you running this on a pool pump? you said it's leaking. If it it is leaking at the pump shaft seal this is easy to replace, and if the motor is getting load the bearings are probably going out.. you can buy a motor online, or at any pools supply house and replace it yourself, or have them do it. If your not familiar with this type of work, I would recomend taking the motor, or the whole pump into a pool pump repair shop. they will completely rebuild it for you with a new or rebuilt motor depending on your preference. Hope this helps. If you need further assistance post a reply in the comments, and don't hesitate to leave a good thumb rating if you found this helpful. Thanks, and good Luck!

When pump runs it is very loud

depending on the noise, it could be cavitating, due to air leaking into the inlet side, or it could have faulty bearings. If its a screechy noise, then probably bearings.

I just installed a us pool pump motor eb841 1hp 3450rpm 208volt 56y and it is leaking water behind the square bell housing actually leaking bottom side of motor

There is a leaky water seal on the pump shaft housing between the pump and the motor.
The drain hole prevents water from going into the motor and this seal needs to be replaced before the motor is damaged.

as long as the frame size matches i.e. 56J in this case then you should have NO issue with changing the motor mfg.

Just purchased a new super pump 1hp, but it is

Can you be more descriptive? My guesses are that the motor is wired wrong, the motor is defective, There is a leak in the supply line or the pump and air is getting into the pump, causing the pump to cavitate.

Squealing bearing

Thank you for posting your question here on Fixya.com.

The seal would be cheap assurance since it is likely what caused the bearing to fail in the first place. The impeller only needs to be replaced if it is cracked in such a way that the seal can not properly seat and prevent water from leaking. Generally speaking, it does not have to be replaced. You can get the bearings and seal from a local electric motor repair shop or pool store that offers repair services.
