Cracked screen on creative zen

Not replaceable or orderable through manufacturer - must replace entire player. Call manufacturer to see if they will replace it. If you are feeling creative, you can order a broken version of your Mp3 player from eBay and try to glue the screen on yourself, but such actions void any POSSIBLE warranty - cracked screens are not usually covered under warranty because they are considered customer abuse.

The part is available on ebay and there is a free repair guide for creative zens. I know only one third party place that repairs creative zen players. If you just want to get the music out you can stick the hard drive on an iPod video logic board (they are compatible) and use a utilty like sharepod to extract the music.
