If you mean you installed a new wireless card. You will need to run the CD-rom that came with the printer and go through the connection wizard again
Most likely your best bet is to re-run the install cd-rom anyway, and go through the wizard again. see if that fixes the problem.
If not, post back to this site with what happened.

I found that you need the newest driver from the HP site and you may need to load it again and have it look for your printer IP address automatically, Mine was a pain at first and every time I have replaced my switch ot network router I have had to "rediscover" the printer as the network seems to ignore it...

Why is it that wireless printing using same hardware and service provider will no longer work at new address and SP account?

When you say :"identical" do you mean the same unit, or another unit of the same model? I experienced the same issue after moving, with a new "identical" model modem/router provided by the ISP. Until the provider replaced the router with another "identical" one I couldn't get the wireless printer (HP in my case) to connect no matter what I did either using the WPS function or entering my network settings manually. Other wireless devices worked okay.

New att modem installed and now lexmark interpret s405printer will not work

You'll have to reconnect your printer back to your wireless network since you changed the router.

You can just reinstall the software for your printer and connect your printer to your network.

If they installed a Modem/Access point that the computer talks to via wireless than this has become the new "hub"You may need to tell the printer the new settings so it knows to go through this "hub" 1. Press Setup 2. Scroll Down to network, press OK 3 Scroll to wireless network setup (could also be named Automatic Wireless Setup or Wireless Setup Wizard). Press OK 4. Highlight the Wireless Modems name, it will ask you for a password that the TWC man advised you, or you have set up. 5. It should connect to this and hopefully resolve your printing issue.
I hope this helps, if so please rate this response below Thank You for supporting the FixYa Community Regards GM

Wireless printer compatability

Any printer can essentially be made into a "Networked" printer that function is all a function of software. You can usually, use any WiFi printer, as long as you know it's address, and can connect to it. Install the drivers and connect to the, WiFi, Networked Printer. A WiFi networked printer, is essentially seen as a "PC". It simply has an Address, and you just "Connect to" that address...

Hi, I have a netgear DG834G version 3 wireless router. I want to buy a wireless printer, will this router support one? If so, have you any opinions on the best buy? Thanks

any wireless printer should and will work with this modem-router as long as it's wireless settings are configured right, if you already have a computer connecting to this router wirelessly then that means the wireless functionality of your router is working. you just have to know the wireless settings of your router such as the SSID or the wireless network name, the type of wireless security and the wireless security key or encryption key.. once you have a wireless computer and it wireless feature is enabled it will automatically detect all networks name or SSIDs around the area, that includes your modem-router's and neighbors'.. when you try to connect to the SSID of your modem-router you will be asked for an encryption key or a password to be able to connect.. that will only happen if you have enabled a wireless security on your modem-router.

Check if it's recognised on the local area network etc, make sure driver is installed and you may need to reset all pc,router etc to get connection. Now remember you need a router for this to work, with only a modem it will not function. You also need to restart all instruments etc before it's picked up by the router and the network..Google a bit and it will solve this.Make sure it uses wifi and not bluetooth as then it will need the right bluetooth connection to your pc..

Lost connectivity to network printer when switched to ATT u-Verse

Is the printer connected via wireless? When I recently connected up a new wireless printer to my UVerse network, the printer manual said that establishing the first connection works better via an Ethernet cable directly to the Uverse router. After the printer is set up once, then I could remove the ethernet cable and connect to the printer via wireless from all my computers.
For all wireless PCs that were previously connected via wireless to dsl, you need to create a new network connection for each one, then enter the key that is listed on the side of your Uverse router when prompted. Sometimes it takes a few minutes to establish the connection.
I am amazed that ATT was so unhelpful on these issues. I was one of their first Uverse customers in Texas, and several times over the last years, techs would visit my house to solve a problem or hook something up, explaining to me as he went. That their helpful attitude is deteriorating is a real shame.
