Oven shuts off after 20 seconds or so

I have a GE JSP69 oven which is about 13 years old. The problem is when I turn it to either bake (no matter what the temperature) or broil (no matter if the setting is low or high) it will shut off automatically after about 20 seconds or so.
The top portion (burners) work ok.

I have tried to find a replacement electric panel (module with clock) but have not been able to locate one. This might not even fix the problem but I was hoping to find one and try.
