My video driver does not fully support direct x 8.1

I suggest buying, and installing one of the newer economical graphics (Video) cards, and do away with this problem.

Uses AGP graphics cards that are AGP 4X, or AGP 8X, and use 1.5 Volts. (DC)

I have a blue microphone eyeball 2.0 web cam. is there anything i can do to fix the image quality. im running it on a acer ax3400g-u4802. movement is blury ,almost like the image has a delay. thank you,and...

Actually yeah another webcam is necessary because the 2.0 on your webcam means either usb 2.0 cable application or it means 2.0Mega Pixel which is what I'm kinda leaning towards and if thats the case then yeah your webcam is about as good as a tracfones video recorder. My suggestion, get a new webcam, preferably a good one so you don't have to settle with crappy quality and so that you wont have the delay/relay problems you have been having! Here is one that I plan on getting,a little pricy but you will beat the competition with this one, plus these all have warranties here ya go--->

And last but not least,my favorite, best all around and it works well on laptops without getting in the way! ---->

I want to upgrade the PCI Graphics card for my (Phoenix Bios D888)U8668-DD motherboard. What are the latest graphics cards I can get for it?

Hi there! You can only use PCI graphics on your motherboard, so the best card you can get is a GeForce 8400 by NVIDIA. Jaton makes an excellent card with 1GB of VRAM - it's $194. Here is a link to the card It is one of the few PCI cards you can get with that much VRAM. You could also look at a GeForce 6200 - Or a Radeon HD 4350 - Best of luck! Alex

I need to buy an internal CD burner for my Dell Dimension 3100. The original won't burn a CD properly. Which replacement (internal) should I buy?

This is a matter of opinion but a really good brand and cost effective will be a LiteOn brand one.

For your model, you support Sata. The drive may already be sata or it may be ide. here are links to both types.

you may also want to look at LG models as well. they are very good and usually what many companies use for their oems

LG SATA version

First, you will not be able to upgrade the video card on your laptop, since video cards for laptops are specifically designed to fit onto the motherboard and the design of the laptops body.

Secondly, sound cards as well are also deisgined that way, some sound cards on laptops are built in to the mother board and higher end sound card for laptops are specifically designed to fit onto the motherboard and the laptop's body.

Hard Drives on the other hand can be upgraded to a higher capacity but you can't add an additional Hard Drive. I have checked the specs of your laptop has 80GB IDE. You can upgrade to 120GB IDE or higher if you like. Just make sure that you purchase a 2.5" HDD (5400RPM/7200RPM speeds).

Here are examples of Hard drivers that you need for upgrade. I checked for available laptop hard drive. You can check other online stores or other computer shops near you if you as well.

links (Hard Drive) :

**Since you have installed Windows Vista, I suggest that you upgrade the RAM (Memory) on the laptop for smooth performance for Windows Vista. The maximum memory on your laptop is 2GB DDR SDRAM. Buyin RAM for laptops are a little but tricky so you can just go to the link below for specific memory upgrade for your laptop (I suggest that you purchase 2 pcs of 1GB since your system can accomodate up to 2GB).

Link for RAM (Memory) :

**If you decied to upgrade the Hard Drive, you can still use you old Hard Drive as an USB external Hard drive for storage purposes. You will just have to purchase a 2.5" External Hard Drive Enclosure. Click on the link below for the example of the product :

**If you can't click on the links, just copy the link and paste it to your's browser's address bar.
