Question about Yahoo Mail
Well, that does not sound good, first thing is to change your password. The friends getting messages means that your address book may have been copied.
Be sure that the distinction is made of someone using your e-mail address in the from box. This is much more common and not actually involved with your account.
This situation is a good case for local client (Outlook, Endura, Windows Mail, Incredimail). These clients are local on your computer, so there is no online address book.
