Question about Philips Pocket Memo 9300 Handheld Digital Voice Recorder

Open Question

I have just bought a second hand Philips Pocket Memo 9300, all boxed with memory cards etc but it won't work with our machines as it doesn't contain the software cd that should come within the box. Is there anything you can suggest I buy and if so where from? Thanks, Colleen.

This is the end-of-tape signal. Try turning the cassette over. If this does'nt work then there is no tape drive due to the belt coming loose or breaking.

You may have a SD card with a lock switch in the lock position. If not, the internal sensor that detects the position of that switch may be bad. It could also be corrupted memory so try reformatting the memory from the menu. Scroll thru the menu until you see the memory icon.
