I just had the sound problem and i've read your solution. How can i get the speaker and can you tell me how to change the speaker myself?

U must have the right tool 2 open ur o2. Then u can start opening ur o2. Once uve opened up ur o2 u can see the speaker at the top. U can see 2 pin at the speaker, u gently pull the pin upwards but dont pull to hard u might break the pin. When both of the pin is pull up u can close back ur o2 . Then u can test whether theres sound coming out of the speaker. If there is sounds that mean uve succeeded repairing ur o2. Bravo........
