Question about Audio Players & Recorders
Posted on Oct 13, 2008
Sounds like failed and unsaving firmware. try doing a firmware update(look on the matsui website for downloads under your player). this may not work. if it doesn't, then your player will be like that for as long as you own it. if you have alot of expirience with soldering, you can try to buy the firmware chip, donload and install the firmware onto the chip, and then solder it into place where the old firmware chip is. ONLY DO THIS IF YOU HAVE ALOT OF EXPIRIENCE WITH SOLDERING!!! this may ruin your player if done improperly!!!

the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
