Question about Computers & Internet
If you go to the Vista control panel, double click on the system icon and then click on device manager do you have a yellow question mark next to the DVD/CD-ROM drive? If you have, right click on the name of the drive and select the update driver software option when you're connected to the internet and Vista will then search for and install the latest driver release. If that doesn't work, make a note of the manufacturer/model name and do a search for the appropriate Vista drivers and install them yourself.
