Question about Master Heaters B155DST
Master Heater and Reddy Heat are the same.
This is a classic reddy heater problem. They use the bleed air to determine the pump pressure and ultimately the mix of the air/fuel. Once the filter gets dirty the relationship changes and the unit gets too much fuel. The solution is to get a new filter and the pressure gauge necessary to set the pressure after installing the new filter.
I have a tip at http://www.fixya.com/support/r4124129-yearly_maintenance_reddy_heaters which explains the problem, where to get the parts and how to complete the repair.
Thanks for using FixYa and the generous rating.
