Your camera has a lens error. This is such a common fault that I hope you don't mind me pasting my stock generic answer below. No point in reinventing the wheel!

Stuck lenses are probably the most common reason that compact digital cameras get thrown away, but there's a fair chance of recovering use of your camera again

The fault is commonly caused by dirt or grit blocking the mechanism, or due to it having suffered a recent fall. Another common cause is that the camera was in a pocket or bag and the power button accidentally activated and tried to open the lens against resistance. The mechanism may have simply become dislodged or there may be parts which have broken.

If your camera is still under warranty and has definitely not been subject to misuse then contact the Samsung service department in your country to find out about a free repair. If the warranty has expired though a professional repair will far exceed the cost of replacing your camera. You will therefore have nothing to lose by trying to fix this yourself.

Please click here and you will be taken to an excellent article provided by the Camera Repair website. For the most part, you'll be guided on how to physically manipulate your camera to try and clear the fault.

If the link doesn't work then cut and paste the following address into your browser:-

Good luck, I hope you manage to use this information to fix your camera. Please take a moment to rate the free answer I have provided for you.

My ps3 has a yellow light that comes up

ok first of all this solution will destroy any saved data on your system!
(saved game, music, pictures, videos,)

Try this, hold down the on/off button at the front and wait untill it switches off again (after a couple of bleeps) then repeat but this time when you hear the double bleep let go and plug you ps3 pad in via usb cable and choose option "rebuild file system", if that doesnt work you might have to try formatting it

Samsung S1065 does not turn on, beeps 3 times before powering off. Lens is extended, have checked batteries, not sure what else to do??

I had the same problem, firstly you will be able to press the button on the back to view your pictures, when you do and the camera powers up quickly press the menu button. Check that your battery settings are set to alkaline, then buy some good alkaline batteries and not cheap ones. Check that they are alkaline and not like what I did and bought panasonic zinc carbon.
This worked for me and mine would not turn on either until i changed the batteries to a good make.

Wont turn on but light is blinking

Are there any error messages on the LCD display?

Will the camera lens stay out when the camera is turned on?

Can you still take a photo/flash/sound without seeing the photo?

If the camera will not turn on even with a fresh set of batteries it could have a system or lens error in the camera.

a possible lens jamb when closed and the green led on top comes on then shuts off after the lens attemps to extend but cant.

Car Amplifier

Check the power transistors which usually have their cases screwed to the main heatsink/body of the amp case. They are usually large black cases with 3 legs soldered to the main board.
If any of them are shorted out inside the amp will go in to protection mode. you can test them in the circuit but it's best if you can detatch at least 2 of the legs when testing. If you don't understand the meter readings for transistors you can test them with a continuity tester which will bleep if the transistor is shorted inside.
First put the two probes from the meter on to the first 2 legs, if it bleeps it's probably shorted in side, if it does'nt that junction of the transistor is probably ok.
Then try leg 2 and 3 and the same for leg 1 and 3.
If all 3 legs bleep which ever way round you do it, the transistor will need replacing.
Depending on the power of the amp there are 8 large transistors, 4 for each channel.
Good luck with it.
