Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
Have you tried tapping the F8 key when you boot up your laptop to get to the safe mode menu where you can then either select the last known good configuration or load safe mode. If this doesn't work try getting to a dos prompt and run chkdsk /f to check for hard drive errors. If all else fails you could reload the operating system from the original disc but you'll lose all of your files or you could try the recovery discs that came with the laptop but sometimes that results in the same thing. There are other options such as ultimatebootcd or taking the drive out and putting it into a USB HDD docking station to recover your files before formatting and reloading the o/s. Good luck.
